- Genuine Delphi parts purchased from Arabian Diesel Solutions or its authorised resellers
- Manufacturing and material defects within the 12-month Delphi parts warranty period
- Diesel Centre repairs: 6-month warranty on parts and labour
- Replacement or repair at our discretion after assessment
Not covered
- Damage from contaminated fuel, water or poor filtration
- Incorrect fitting, missing injector coding or use outside specification
- Normal wear items and consequential costs
- Parts not sourced through the authorised Delphi channel

- Original invoice from Arabian Diesel Solutions or an authorised reseller
- Delphi part number and serial number
- Vehicle make, model, engine and mileage at fitting and failure
- Fault codes and a short description of the symptom
